Deadline: September 30, 2007

GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS

Following items are mandatory for each accepted contribution:

  1. Extended abstract, size 1 page (the best layout of the whole A4 page), prepared in electronic MS Word format, according to enclosed instructions (for the abstract booklet). Use file ECF17abs.dot as template or read the same information in the file ECF17abs.pdf.
  2. Manuscript for the conference proceedings on the CDROM prepared according to enclosed instructions. Extent: 8 pages for standard contributions. Authors should also keep DOC versions of their manuscripts (for eventual corrections). Use file ECF17pap.dot as template or read the same information in the file ECF17pap.pdf.
  3. The conference fee must be payed by May 31, at latest (simmultaneously with the deadline for submission of the extended abstract and the manuscript).
The contribution should be prepared in the electronic form as a standard document format DOC, and a suitable text editor (as MS Word97-2003) should be used. The manuscript is to be submitted by using the ECF17 registration form (do not send by e-mail!). We strongly recommend to convert the electronic version into the PDF format and to submit both DOC and PDF versions to the Organizing Committee. If you cannot prepare the PDF version, a print-out of the valid electronic version should be made and sent to the Organizing Committee by surface mail.
